The strategic plan establishes the system’s vision and mission, elevates the shared values of the community, and details five primary priorities that will influence system work. Several associated measures will keep HCPSS accountable to the goals set forth in the plan and are a communication tool for sharing progress with the community.
The Superintendent and Board of Education put forth their respective proposed Capital Budgets earlier this fall. The Superintendent will present his proposed Operating Budget in January, with the Board then holding hearings and work sessions before putting up their requested budget.
